Edited text and images belongs Lundquist & Nielsen SL. Any copying, reproduction,distribution must be approved in advance. Expenses on top of the prices are: VAT on new dwellings 10% plus document fees.(1,20%) besides the cost and payment of public notary fees and register fees, and eventually own representative, solicitor, power of attorney , etc all togehter aprox 14%
You pay ITP (transfer tax) on previously registered properties, that is 8%, besides the public notary fees and register fees, and eventually own representative, solicitor, power of attorney , etc. all toghether makes about 11-12%.
All prices are in euros and we reserve the right that the prices can be changed by the owner or developer in addition to random errors in dossiers.
